Cody began his career working in private practice, where he gained valuable experience providing individual, group, and family therapy. As his career progressed, he became increasingly interested in the intersection of mental health and societal events, leading him to pursue further studies in trauma-informed care.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cody recognized the growing need for accessible mental health resources to help individuals cope with the unique challenges brought about by the global crisis. This inspired him to create the Post Pandemic Module, an online interactive self-help workbook aimed at addressing neurological stress, difficult emotions, and issues of loneliness and social anxiety following the pandemic.
